Thank you to all of our participants and volunteers for making our 1st Annual Fish Out of Water 5K such a great event (even if it was rainy and cold)

The Sea Lions Swim team has decided to try a new, FUN fundraiser for next season, which will actually take place at the end of THIS season.

We will be organizing and running a Sea Lions 5K race/walk on Sunday, April 22nd around the Penn State campus.

YEAR-END PARTY INFO

Year-end Swim Party will be held at Doc's Roller Rink on Friday, March 23, 6-8 pm.

Please email Kira Yeager @ swimsealions@gmail.com if you are planning to come to the banquet and indicate the total amount of people from your family planning on attending and eating. ASAP

If you are attending the banquet -

**The team will provide pizza ( that is why I need to get an accurate count of people attending).

** If your last name begins with the letters A - M - please bring a gallon drink and a snack item (pretzels, chips, etc.).

** If your last name begins with the letters N - Z - please bring a gallon drink and a dessert item.

During the evening, the coaches will be handing out team gifts, medals, etc.

Divisionals Info

Divisionals is an optional event for each swimmer. Every team from our division (East Penn, Palmyra, ACWest Shore, Ephrata) will be coming together to swim at the West Shore Aquatic Club on Saturday, February 25th. Each swimmer is allowed to swim up to three events ( one or two of those events can be a relay).

After the other 4 divisions swim their own Divisionals, the times from all 4 divisions are COMBINED and the swimmers are ranked. The top 16 individual times per event and the top 8 relays are given the opportunity to swim in ALL - STARS being held at Cumberland Valley High School on February 26, 2012. It is important to remember that 4 different divisions will be swimming on the same day - therefore - your swimmer will need to wait until all divisions are combined before they know if they are moving onto ALL - STARS.

Please complete the Registration form and place in the YEAGER folder by January 26, 2012. The information will be processed and sent to the sponsoring team by 1/27/12. Therefore, please submit the form ASAP.

If you are not sure what your swimmer should enter - please indicate that on the form and the coaches can decide for your swimmer.
